COD order policy

COD orders are only shipped once the customer gives us confirmation through WhatsApp as well via call. If customer fails to confirm COD order through Whatsapp and call, the order is automatically cancelled. 

When customer fails to accept the order or denies the the order during the time of delivery attempt even after double confirmation , such customers are black listed from our site and can no longer place COD orders with us from that point in time. 

For COD orders above ₹7000/- we take 10% advance of COD amount for order confirmation. If we do not receive advance payment and if you deny to make payment your order will be cancelled and will not be shipped.
