EXCHANGE POLICY

Product Accuracy and Quality Checks:
At Krami India, we strive to make our product listings as accurate and detailed as possible. Every order goes through multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Anarkali sets and Nyra sets are not eligible for any return , refund and exchange. 

Prepaid orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Size exchange Only: We only offer size exchange incase of size issue, we do not offer different product exchange and refund. 3XL and 4XL sizes are not eligible for any size exchange. 
  • Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India , International orders are not eligible for any exchange, return and refund.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Exclusions: We do not accept exchange requests for colour differences, colour fading or fabric material variations.

 

Exchange Process:

  • Request Submission: Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery at kramifashion2018@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-8849608260. 
  • Processing Fee: A processing fee of ₹100 per product will be charged for exchange. Please share the payment screenshot via email. 
  • Direct Shipping : Customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us , we will provide the shipping address. After dispatch, share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD with us. Please use a reliable courier service as Krami India will not be responsible for any loss during transit.
  • Reverse Pickup: We do not have reverse pickup option available
  • Quality Inspection and Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the requested size within 7-10 working days. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the total amount of the item(s), valid for 30 days.

Krami India Cancellations:

  • Reasons: Orders may be cancelled due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activities.
  • Refunds: For prepaid orders cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email.

REFUND POLICY

  • No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.
  • Sale Items: Products under ‘Sale section’ are non-returnable. Discounted products are eligible for size exchange.
